Arpita Pandey is a builder and strategist focused on creating space for women in systems not built for them. Her work lives at the intersection of tech, entrepreneurship, and equity—shaping how innovation shows up in the world.
She began her career at Amazon, leading global AI/ML operations, and later co-founded A&N Fashions, a digital-first brand celebrating cultural identity. Arpita is also exploring the early stages of a AI-driven healthcare startup to accelerate teh drug discovery process.
She founded Force de Fem, a grassroots platform empowering women through mentorship, storytelling, and peer learning. Now an MBA candidate at Berkeley Haas and Co-President of Female Founders and Funders, she’s building a future where innovation is both intelligent and deeply human.

Susan Berishaj is a storyteller, strategist, and unapologetic advocate for women stepping into their fullest potential. With a deep-rooted passion for human behavior and psychology, Susan built her career helping ambitious professionals—especially MBA hopefuls—unearth the most powerful, authentic version of their stories.
Born in New York and raised in Montenegro, her journey from long walks to school to the halls of NYU and Yale has shaped her belief that education is empowerment. From navigating global finance at hedge funds and private equity firms to coaching high achievers in traditional and unconventional industries, Susan brings grit, heart, and sharp insight to everything she does.
As the founder of Sia Admissions, she’s helped hundreds of candidates break barriers and access top business schools. Now, with Unfiltered and Unfinished, she turns the mic toward the real conversations—about ambition, identity, contradictions, and everything in between.
